If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, request to return your purchase within seven (7) days of arrival and we will arrange a full refund (including the cost of return postage). It's as simple as that!

But make sure you treat the artwork with care! In order for us to accept your return, the artwork must be in the same packaging and condition it arrived in.
Returning is easier than you think
Striving to keep things simple - returning artwork is easier than you think! Just contact us via email or give us a call...we will assist you in filling out a returns form (have photos ready if the artwork is damaged in transit) & a team member will supply the return address and talk you through reimbursement of the purchase price and any costs incurred with returning the item. Please ensure you return the artwork in it's original packaging. See...Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy!
What if my artwork is lost?
If you have not received your artwork within 30 days of the estimated arrival date, please contact us immediately and we will trace the package. If the artwork cannot be located, we will arrange a full refund without delay.
Can I cancel my order?
No matter what the reason, you can cancel your artwork order right up until it's been shipped. We will contact you to arrange a full refund. Easy!
